Virtual Disaster Day Project

Responsibilities:
Acted as both Project Manager and Producer to successfully lead and coordinate multiple teams, consisting around 30 students, in the development of a game designed to simulate a medical student navigating a disaster scenario.
Responsible for engaging with clients, and pitching project expansion opportunities to potential investors.
Established internal milestones and deadlines to keep the project on track and created detailed documentation and timelines to manage workflow across various teams efficiently.

Description:
This project involves collaborating with Texas A&M Health Office of Interprofessional Education & Research (IPER) to create a multiplayer game which allows multiple responders to work through scenarios that require multiple fields at once
